Oscar E. He is a Ghanaian entrepreneur and strategy consultant. He provides excellent consultancy services to individuals, businesses, as well as public and non-governmental institutions.
Mr. Onai guides his clients to plan and execute effective market-driven strategies to improve competitive advantage and performance and to successfully scale their organisations. Besides, he has an impressive success record in motivating and training people to become success-driven in work and life generally. He is currently working on two book manuscripts around business development and personal branding.
Mr. Onai’s studies, research, and writings span the fields of finance, economics, marketing, public administration, strategic management, international business, information technology, and occupational health and safety. He is an alumnus of the University of Ghana Business School. His personal interests include walking, swimming, writing, public speaking, and serving humanity.
Mr. Onai has dedicated his life to serving others. His humble beginnings make him understand that little acts of kindness can positively transform the world, so he is conscientious and highly compassionate to others. One of his key impactful acts of service is organising reading workshops for children in poor communities in his home country, Ghana, through the Oscar Onai Foundation. The other principal activities of the Oscar Onai Foundation are advocacy, child and youth development, community development, health promotion, and research in social development.
Also, Mr. Onai is the founder and Charter President of Accra Harmony Lions Club (Lions Clubs International), where he regularly volunteers time, talent, and treasure to undertake impactful projects in the areas of environment, hunger, childhood cancer, sight, diabetes, and youth development, among others. He is a Catholic and a dedicated member of its international fraternal service organisation, the Knights of St. John International.
