Advocacy

The Foundation’s advocacy programme seeks to support the most disadvantaged people in getting heard and considered when making decisions that have an impact on their life. This programme is designed to contribute towards the achievement of Sustainable Development Goal 10 (SDG 10): Reduced Inequalities. It involves assisting those who are vulnerable in developing a sense of self-worth, empowering them with the information that will enable them to make sound decisions and address the root causes of wage disparities and access to resources by either acting on their behalf or directing them to contact appropriate people or agencies for the right support.

Additionally, we educate people about the importance of defending one’s rights and mentor groups on how to organize successful advocacy campaigns. Through the promotion, delivery, and comprehension of advocacy, our culturally relevant advocacy services raise the voice of the weak. The advocacy is aimed at advancing social justice, equality, and inclusiveness. The team is goal driven and the concepts of confidence, independence, clarity of purpose, and safeguarding serve as its guiding principles.
